About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist with responsibility for facility and Back Office tasks. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key responsibilities
  • Receive and greet visitors, manage incoming mail and packages, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in our reception area.
  • Manage access control, issue keys, and maintain accurate records of access and key distribution.
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations, ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment.
  • Provide administrative support to our Back Office team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution, including setup and teardown.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining our database.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive and flexible attitude.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
