Based in Stavanger, Norway, you will lead and guide a team of service engineers to achieve departmental and organization goals. You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing a Service team capable of providing high quality of service to our customers.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- You will be responsible of leading 13 persons in two different locations (Porsgrunn & Stavanger)
- The position also has an important role coordinating and discussing new service opportunities with some of the major accounts
- Support sales in the pursuit phase by presenting service delivery capabilities to customers
- Responsible for ensuring service engineering compliance to the Integrated Management System (HSEQ) and for promoting a continuous improvement culture within the team.
- Single point for respective allocated customer(s) interaction.
- Responsible for Utilization and delivery according to schedule and budget.
- Identify future needs for Regional Lifecycle service operation locations (Countries / Service Centers) and develop required proficiencies
- Looking after SMO certification for individual, PPE, Safety.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- BSc in Engineering or equivalent work-based experience.
- Experience to lead operational teams.
- Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Experience of developing customer relationships.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Local language skills with proficient Norwegian & English (verbal and written); excellent communicator.
- This role may require traveling to the customers site or to the another service locations in the country/region.
