Du vil også ha ansvar for å bygge og vedlikeholde en robust teknologisk infrastruktur. Rollen som Head of IT Operations innebærer å lede et kompetent team på fem ansatte, samt tett samarbeid med advokater og andre støttefunksjoner.
Arbeidsoppgaver:
- Lede og videreutvikle Selmers IT-plattform, med fokus på kontinuerlig forbedring og effektivisering
- Øke Selmers teknologiske modenhet og utnytte teknologi og data for å levere brukervennlige tjenester til både klienter og ansatte
- Identifisere og kapitalisere på teknologiens potensiale for å støtte selskapets mål om å bli et datadrevet selskap
- Lede et kompetent team på fem ansatte
- Samarbeide med andre avdelinger for å forstå deres teknologibehov og implementere løsninger som støtter deres arbeid
- Sikre at IT-strategien er i tråd med selskapets overordnede mål og strategi
- Overvåke teknologiske trender og implementere relevante innovasjoner for å holde Selmer i forkant av teknologisk utvikling
Kvalifikasjoner:
- Relevant høyere utdannelse på masternivå. Relevant erfaring kan kompensere for manglende utdannelse
- Erfaring med leverandørstyring
- Evner å oversette forretningsmessige utfordringer og behov fra brukere til tekniske løsninger
- Har erfaring med å implementere og lede datadrevne beslutningsprosesser
- God kunnskap til IT-drift og moderne sky-løsninger
- Erfaring med personalledelse
