Job Description:

• Responsible for allocation of Surface tooling to internal customers based on requests and according to requirements.
• Responsible for defining scope of work to workshop and external suppliers with support from Life of Field Department.
• Responsible for follow up of assigned scope of work/job package progress towards internal & external suppliers.
• Ensure recertification, repair, modifications and maintenance of Surface tooling is performed by workshop and/or by third party according to client & Local requirements.
• Ensure correct reporting in applicable systems according to agreed procedures and routines (Project Status file, ETM master data, SAP, etc.).
• Monitor Demob of tools and ensure any required repair is performed prior to putting tool back to the warehouse.
• Manage Quality Notifications and Service Notifications for assigned projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
• Minimum 3 years' experience related to Project Coordination role.
• Interpretation of technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience related to wellhead equipment and tools is a plus.
• SAP experience is preferred.
• Microsoft Excel proficiency.
