
Surface Tooling Coordinator

As a leading provider of services to onshore and offshore industries, Head Energy is seeking a skilled Rental Coordinator to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Allocating Surface tooling to internal customers efficiently based on their requests and requirements.
- Coordinating the scope of work for workshop and external suppliers with support from the Life of Field Department.
- Monitoring progress of assigned scope of work/job package towards internal & external suppliers.
- Ensuring recertification, repair, modifications, and maintenance of Surface tooling are carried out by workshop and/or third parties according to client and local requirements.
- Verifying accurate reporting in applicable systems according to agreed procedures and routines (Project Status file, ETM master data, SAP, etc.).
- Managing Demob of tools and ensuring any necessary repairs are performed prior to returning tools to the warehouse.
- Managing Quality Notifications and Service Notifications for assigned projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience can compensate for lack of formal education.
- Minimum 3 years' experience related to Project Coordination role.
- Interpretation of technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience related to wellhead equipment and tools is a plus.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency.
