We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to drive Findable's digital growth, lead generation, and marketing automation. This is a key role in our marketing team, helping to shape and execute data-driven digital strategies that fuel our expansion.

What You'll Be DoingWebsite & SEO Optimization
  • Manage and optimize the company website to improve user experience, ensure content alignment with business goals, and maximize lead conversions.
  • Develop and execute an SEO strategy, including technical optimizations, keyword research, and content enhancements to boost organic traffic.
SEO & SEM Strategy
  • Oversee paid search (SEM) campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn, optimizing for cost-efficiency and improved Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Continuously refine site architecture, internal linking, and keyword strategies to improve search rankings and drive high-quality traffic.
Lead Generation & Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads, leveraging email, retargeting, and paid advertising.
  • Implement and optimize ABM initiatives in collaboration with the sales team to accelerate pipeline velocity and improve conversion rates.
Marketing Automation & HubSpot Optimization
  • Own and optimize HubSpot automation, creating workflows and segmentation strategies to improve engagement and nurture leads effectively.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide insights into campaign performance and marketing ROI.
Data-Driven Insights & Performance Reporting
  • Analyze key marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, lead conversion rates, and paid campaign effectiveness, to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior management, ensuring data-driven decision-making and continuous optimization.
What We're Looking For

7+ years of experience leading digital marketing strategies in a B2B SaaS environment.
Expertise in website management and conversion rate optimization, with experience using CMS platforms like HubSpot or Webflow.
Proven track record in SEO, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices, using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
Hands-on experience with SEM, including managing Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and PPC campaigns to optimize ad spend and conversions.
Advanced proficiency in marketing automation, including HubSpot workflows, lead nurturing, and CRM integrations.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track performance, interpret Google Analytics, and optimize digital strategies based on data insights.
Proven success in ABM strategies, leveraging personalized content, targeted advertising, and intent data tools to drive pipeline growth.
Experience managing retargeting campaigns, A/B testing creatives, and refining targeting strategies to improve engagement.
Understanding of GDPR and data privacy best practices to ensure compliance in digital marketing initiatives.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and present insights effectively.
A problem-solving mindset, with a passion for innovation, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
Strategic thinker, able to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making to deliver measurable business impact.
