Vi ser etter en detaljorientert og ansvarsbevisst person med en strukturert tilnærming til arbeidsoppgaver og prosesser. I denne rollen vil du være en nøkkelressurs i arbeidet for å sikre økonomisk kontroll og bidra til å realisere våre vekstambisjoner nasjonalt og internasjonalt.

Ansvarsområder:

  1. Finansiell rapportering og analyser: Støtte CFO i periode- og årsavslutning gjennom forberedelse og oppfølging av månedlig regnskap, balanseavstemming, samt utarbeidelse av interne månedsrapporter. Videre vil du ta eierskap til og ansvar for konsolidering, konsernregnskap og måneds- og kvartalsrapporter i tråd med NGAAP, og andre relevante internasjonale standarder, i tett samarbeid med CFO. Du vil foreta oppfølging og kvalitetssikring av regnskapet for mor- og datterselskaper, samt holde deg oppdatert på nye krav innen CSRD, ESRS, EUs taksonomi og bidra til konsernets bærekraftsrapportering.
  2. Økonomiske vurderinger og støtte: Utføre risikoanalyser, valutahåndtering, skattespørsmål og likviditetsanalyser. Bidra til å gjennomføre vurdering av oppkjøpsmuligheter og finansielle transaksjoner etter oppkjøp for å sikre ansvar for korrekt integrasjon av nye selskaper i konsernregnskapet.
  3. Prosessforbedringer: Støtte CFO i å videreutvikle systemer og prosesser for konsernrapportering, samt sørge for korrekt regnskapsmessig behandling ved endringer i konsernstrukturen.

Kvalifikasjoner:

  1. Høyere utdanning innen økonomi, regnskap eller finans.
  2. Minimum 5 års relevant faglig og operativ erfaring.
  3. Solid forståelse for regnskapsstandarder, gjerne erfaring med internasjonale regnskapsstandarder.
  4. Erfaring innen oppkjøp og transaksjonsprosesser.
  5. Gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter og evne til å samarbeide tett med ulike team og avdelinger.
  6. Erfaring med utvikling av økonomiske internkontroller og regnskapsprinsipper.
  7. Gode Excel ferdigheter, erfaring med konsolideringssystemer og økonomiske rapporteringsverktøy.

Personlige egenskaper:

  1. Strukturert og analytisk, med evne til å håndtere store mengder informasjon.
  2. Initiativrik og løsningsorientert med et sterkt eierskap til eget ansvarsområde.
  3. God evne til å veilede og støtte kollegaer i regnskapsrelaterte spørsmål.
