Job Description:

What are we looking for?
  • You are either on a Bachelor or a Masters, ideally 2-3 years left.
  • You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint as well as analytical skills.
  • You are fluent in English and Norwegian.
  • You are able to work both independently and as part of a team, and you are not afraid to take on new tasks and responsibilities.

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Daily contact for Field Sales Team for support.
  • Ensure all systems/databases are updated and running smoothly.
  • Administrator of key systems.
  • Owning the campaign planning tool.
  • Paying bills & creating new vendors.
  • Shipments & sample orders to Field Sales Team.
  • Ad-hoc projects: arrangement of Sales Conferences, analysis, etc.
