Saint-Gobain Weber Norway søker en Operational Controller til sitt team, hvor du vil være en viktig bidragsyter for å styrke den finansielle utviklingen, støtte fabrikkledelsen og sikre robuste økonomiske prosesser. Vi ser etter en resultatorientert og analytisk fagperson med sterk forretningsforståelse og evne til å samarbeide på tvers av organisasjonen. Er det deg?

Som Operational Controller vil du fungere som en strategisk forretningspartner for fabrikkledelsen og spille en nøkkelrolle i den økonomiske styringen av virksomheten. Du vil sikre finansiell nøyaktighet gjennom kontinuerlig oppfølging og analyse av produksjonskostnader, driftseffektivitet og avkastning på investeringer.

Stillingen innebærer også ansvar for finansiell planlegging, budsjettering og prognoser, samt utvikling av effektive rapporteringsrutiner for å støtte ledelsen i strategiske beslutningsprosesser. I tillegg vil du jobbe tett med Supply Chain-organisasjonen og delta aktivt i Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP)-prosesser for å sikre økonomisk bærekraftig drift og vekst.

Arbeidsmiljøet hos oss beskrives som profesjonelt og uformelt hvor man er opptatt av samarbeid. Arbeidssted vil være på vårt hovedkontor på Ryen og stillingen rapporterer til Financial Director for Saint-Gobain Weber.

Sentrale ansvarsområder:

  • Utvikle og vedlikeholde dashbord for styring og KPI-oppfølging
  • Overvåke arbeidskapitalelementer og foreslå løsninger for å forbedre effektivitet og redusere risikoer
  • Delta i ulike fabrikksprosjekter som World Class Manufacturing (WCM)
  • Utføre analyser for CAPEX, forberede investeringssøknader og følge opp vår long range plan og budsjetter sammen med fabrikkledelsen
  • Være ansvarlig for produktkostnadskalkulasjon og vedlikehold av interne priser
  • Delta i månedlig rapportering i SAP og analysere avvik
  • Sikre overholdelse av konsernets industrirapporteringsstandarder
  • Ad hoc analyser, prosjekter og forbedringsarbeid
  • Minimum to års erfaring fra controlling, regnskap, revisjon eller tilsvarende roller
  • Evne til å kommunisere økonomi med ikke-økonomer på en forståelig måte
  • Analytisk og strukturert – evne til å prioritere oppgaver og holde oversikt i komplekse økonomiske scenarier
  • Initiativrik og selvgående – evne til å ta eierskap til arbeidsoppgaver og drive forbedringer
