We are looking for an analytical and service-minded professional who enjoys driving results through structured processes. As our new Compliance Manager your job is to help shape a strong culture of integrity and ethical business practices. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of a robust compliance program across our global operations, ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies.

Main responsibilities
  • Advise and support management and business units on compliance matters, aligning with our Code of Conduct and business strategy.
  • Keep track of regulatory changes, assess their impact, and recommend necessary updates to the compliance program.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs.
  • Deliver compliance training and maintain training records.
  • Manage and follow up on compliance incidents, whistleblower reports, and data privacy concerns.
  • Conduct integrity due diligence on business partners to ensure ethical business relationships.
  • Monitor compliance program implementation and support audits and investigations.
  • Coordinate and prepare topics for the Global Compliance Committee.
Desired qualifications
  • Relevant education in Law, HR, Finance or similar fields.
  • At least four years of experience in compliance, preferably within an international business setting.
  • Understands compliance management, particularly in areas such as competition compliance, sanctions and export control, data privacy, and anti-bribery/anti-corruption.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken.
