Derfor leter vi nå etter en dyktig Performance Marketing Specialist som kan ta eierskap til våre betalte annonser og bidra til å optimalisere vår synlighet og vekst i digitale kanaler.

I markedsavdelingen er vi åtte dedikerte kollegaer som sammen jobber for å bygge merkevaren Junkyard og drive resultater gjennom smart, datadrevet markedsføring. Vi har spisskompetanse innen innholdsproduksjon, konseptutvikling, lojalitet, influencer marketing, Google og sosiale medier – og vi jobber tett for å sikre at alle kampanjer skaper verdi.

Om rollen

Som Performance Marketing Specialist hos Junkyard vil du få en sentral rolle i markedsavdelingen og ansvar for våre betalte digitale aktiviteter, med hovedfokus på Google og Meta. Du vil være tett på både strategi og drift – og ikke minst dykke dypt ned i analyse og optimalisering.

Du blir en del av et kreativt og ambisiøst markedsmiljø med høy kompetanse på tvers av fagfelt – fra innholdsproduksjon og lojalitetsarbeid til SoMe, influencer marketing og performance. I tillegg får du sparre med et av Nordens sterkeste fagmiljø innen Performance Marketing gjennom Varner.

Hva vil du gjøre?
  • Eie og drifte Junkyards betalte annonser i Google, Meta og øvrige digitale flater
  • Planlegge, sette opp og optimalisere kampanjer for best mulig effekt
  • Analysere og rapportere resultater på tvers av kanaler med fokus på effektivitet og vekst
  • Bidra med innsikt til utvikling av markedsplaner og kampanjestrategier
  • Være tett på testløp, segmentering og kontinuerlig forbedring
  • Følge med på – og teste – ny funksjonalitet og plattformer, og sikre at vi alltid ligger et steg foran

Du er en strategisk og nysgjerrig person med sterk kommersiell teft og lidenskap for tall, testing og teknologi. Du forstår hva som driver konvertering og merkevarebygging i et performance-perspektiv – og du trigges av å se konkrete resultater av jobben du gjør.

Vi tror du kjenner deg igjen i dette:

  • Du har erfaring med Google Ads og betalte kampanjer, og kan vise til dokumenterte resultater
  • Du har god forståelse for hele den digitale kundereisen – både betalt og organisk
  • Du er trygg i verktøy som Google Analytics og Tag Manager
  • Du har kjennskap til flere plattformer – som Snapchat, TikTok og OLV
  • Du er strukturert, analytisk og detaljorientert
  • Du jobber selvstendig, tar initiativ og elsker å teste nye idéer
  • Du er en lagspiller som liker å dele kunnskap og bygge felles suksess
  • Du behersker norsk eller svensk og engelsk flytende – muntlig og skriftlig
