CatalystOne is hiring for a brand new role We're looking for our new Marketing Operations Specialist to join our Oslo office. You will help enhance our marketing efforts through expert management of our HubSpot marketing automation system and wider marketing tech-stack.

As our new Marketing Operations Specialist, you'll ensure our marketing database is pristine, our campaigns are impactful, and our strategies are data-driven. You'll work with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing and the wider business to align on objectives, ensuring seamless follow-up on leads generated from our campaigns. This role will be reporting to and working closely with the Head of Marketing Operations, and in addition working in close co-operation with the CatalystOne Marketing Team across Scandinavia.

What you'll do in the role

A typical day:

Grab a coffee or your preferred beverage, then sign in to HubSpot and work on requests from the organisation in HubSpot. The tasks will vary but will include setup of dashboards and reports, content staging, template creation, technical adjustments and customisation of CRM setup. You'll check the performance of our campaigns, content and channels and adjust and optimize where needed.

Your core responsibilities:

  1. In collaboration with the Head of Marketing Operations manage our HubSpot CRM and marketing automation platform, including workflows, emails, web pages, forms, reports and dashboards.
  2. Manage and monitor integrations and technical aspects of our marketing and customer data tech-stack.
  3. Drive traffic, update and maintain the CatalystOne website from a content and technical perspective.
  4. Maintain CRM data quality, tracking, lead scoring and contribute to reaching our KPIs.
  5. Analyse marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization.
  6. Contribute to executing and creating marketing campaigns.
  7. Assist in paid campaign management on LinkedIn, Meta, Google and ensure ROI.
What we're looking for
  1. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript or other development languages.
  2. Experienced setting up software integrations for CRM systems.
  3. Experienced with marketing automation software and CRM management (HubSpot preferred).
  4. Strategic and analytical mindset—experience analysing data and customer attribution.
  5. Strong Excel skills. Experience with PowerBI is beneficial.
  6. Familiar with managing paid ads is beneficial.
  7. Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar and Google Tag Manager.
  8. Experience in supporting sales and marketing in a software company.
  9. Detail-oriented, self-reliant, and business acumen-driven mindset.
  10. Strong interest in learning and developing skills.
