To succeed in this role, you will have a degree in Marketing or a related field, with experience in trade marketing or retail execution. You will also possess strong analytical skills, project management expertise, and the ability to analyze data and provide insights to drive business decisions.

As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will work closely with commercial and brand marketing teams to execute initiatives that boost sell-out and maximize in-store visibility. You will also be responsible for maintaining OHC's leadership in value and insights, while supporting daily customer interactions within the commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement trade marketing strategies to align with global and local sales objectives
  • Create engaging retailer concepts, including in-store experiences, training & education, and exhibitions & trade fairs
  • Optimize space management, shelf display, and POS execution to enhance product visibility and sell-through
  • Ensure global alignment in trade marketing while tailoring execution to local market
  • Lead process optimization to improve efficiency and execution in retail channels
  • Drive trade promotions, merchandising solutions, and retail engagement activities
  • Analyze shopper behavior, sales performance, and market data to refine strategies
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and retail partners to enhance trade marketing execution
