PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Join the global leader in digital transformation - SAP - on an exciting marketing and innovation journey Opening for a recent graduate/early professional to join as Marketing Associate. The contract is for 6+6 months full-time.

SAP is seeking a proactive and highly motivated individual with a passion for B2B marketing and event management to strengthen the Norwegian Marketing Team. Gain a unique opportunity to engage with one of the world's most valuable brands. Support local marketing campaigns through various communication channels to drive brand awareness and create sales opportunities. As the role progresses, put your learning to practice by planning and executing projects within your field of interest.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Event support, from idea and preparation to execution and follow-up
  2. Campaign-execution related tasks such as data management, content creation (including email, landing pages, SoMe, etc.), copywriting, proofreading, translation, and lead handling
  3. Manage various digital platforms, social media tools, and AI tools
  4. Perform content management system updates and data analytics reporting
  5. Raise the level of social activation within SAP by driving initiatives focused on personal branding and social networking
  6. Collaborate with a range of internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, agencies, and partners
  7. Be part of interesting Nordic Marketing projects

Education & Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business or IT (beneficial but not required)
  2. Project management skills and a 'hands-on' mentality
  3. Preferably experience with marketing campaigns, copywriting, and data handling
  4. Knowledge about content creation for online media and channels
  5. Deep interest in social and digital marketing, as well as a strong willingness to learn
  6. Strong team player who loves to connect & collaborate
  7. Attention to details to ensure that all materials and communication are of the highest standard
  8. Enthusiastic and driven with a high interest in learning and new technologies
  9. Positive hands-on and proactive attitude
  10. The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  11. Good skills in Microsoft Office applications – in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  12. Good written and verbal communication skills – must be fluent in Norwegian and English
