
Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Development Associate to support the development and execution of growth strategies for our clients. Working closely with experienced growth strategists, this role is ideal for someone eager to learn and develop their skills in growth strategy, marketing, and commercial development.
Main Responsibilities- Contribute to developing strategies related to product, price, distribution or marketing/brand strategies.
- Support the execution of growth initiatives focused on customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Assist in creating presentations and dashboards for client and leadership teams.
- Up to 3 years of experience in business analytics, management consulting or a related field (internships or other growth-related roles are a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to turn data and research into actionable insights, and a keen interest in data-driven decision-making.
- Basic understanding of marketing, growth, and customer acquisition strategies – or a strong desire to learn.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills in English, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
- A curious, self-driven mindset with a strong desire for continuous growth in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
