We're looking for a Global Product Compliance Manager – a key player in ensuring our products meet international regulations and standards. What you will work on:

  1. Monitor global regulations and stay updated on trade, safety, and environmental laws affecting our products.
  2. Ensure product compliance and secure necessary approvals, certifications, and key compliance documents.
  3. Manage documentation and maintain essential records such as safety data sheets, test reports, and certificates.
  4. Oversee supplier compliance and support procurement in ensuring suppliers meet required standards.
  5. Assess and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
  6. Ensure label compliance, verify packaging and labels meet legal and environmental requirements.
  7. Train internal teams on product compliance and regulatory standards.
  8. Track regulatory changes, monitor global trends and upcoming laws which impact our products.
  9. Manage compliance expertise and oversee external compliance resources and service providers.
  10. Handle regulatory reporting and liaise with regulatory authorities as needed.

What we are looking for:

  1. Proven experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
  2. Strong understanding of global regulations and standards.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
