Are you ready to lead transformative projects within the field of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)? As the Global Program Leader - MRI, you will be at the forefront of driving key initiatives that shape the future of our MRI imaging agents. Reporting to the Global Product Leader MRI and Ultrasound, you will collaborate with Global Product Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Support the Global Product Leader MRI and Ultrasound in achieving targeted growth for the MRI product portfolio.
- Project Execution: Ensure timely execution of key projects within the MRI portfolio, adhering to cost and quality parameters.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, QA, medical affairs, finance, regulatory, sales, and R&D teams to drive project success while ensuring compliance.
- Customer Focus: Build strong relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring their needs and feedback are integrated into all project work.
- Partnerships: Collaborate with GE Healthcare's MRI equipment business to align strategies and initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in cross-functional project management within medical imaging and/or pharmaceutical drug development.
- Lean Methodology: Experience with lean principles to optimize processes.
- Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in pharmaceutical sciences, natural sciences, or MRI.
- Matrix Environment: Experience in operating effectively in a matrix organization, under high pressure and managing stakeholders.
Required Characteristics:
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead programs and projects with excellence and high accountability.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to analyze and resolve complex issues.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams globally.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
