Help Shape LearningLab & Content Creation at Mercell

Our HR team is looking for a Working Student to support our LearningLab initiatives and assist with content creation. LearningLab is our internal digital learning platform, offering a blend of training materials across various topics. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop your skills while working in a dynamic, international environment.

As a part of the HR team, you will collaborate with colleagues across the organization to transform content into digital learning materials—leveraging AI tools and your own creativity.

Your Responsibilities:
  1. Create engaging and high-quality content for Learning & Development initiatives
  2. Support and coordinate LearningLab projects
  3. Work closely with the HR team to enhance learning experiences through digital tools
What We're Looking For:
  1. A responsible and reliable student (Bachelor's or Master's level).
  2. A structured and efficient way of working—insights into pedagogy are a plus.
  3. Strong affinity for digital tools and learning platforms.
What We Offer:
  1. A flexible, part-time position (16 hours per week)
  2. The opportunity to work 100% remotely, with access to any of our offices if preferred
  3. A chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in Learning & Development within an international company

Start date: As soon as possible
Duration: Part time, temporary
