We are seeking a talented Local People (HR) Partner to join our ABB E-mobility in Sweden or Norway and partner up with our business leaders and hiring managers to create an amazing end-to-end experience for all people-related topics. We offer flexible working hours and home office opportunities

Your responsibilities:

  • You will be partnering with business leaders and hiring managers in our E-mobility organization on all E2E local people topics.
  • You are responsible for the overall recruitment operations: You source active and passive candidates through direct channels, social media, and internet sourcing and partner with the business to strategically think outside the box to fill our open positions.
  • You will support the implementation of HR policies and strategies and advise on local HR-related issues for example absenteeism, talent development, personnel analyses, and training needs in alignment with the Global People Partner.
  • You will ensure effective communication, engagement, and collaboration across the organization.
  • You will facilitate the change management initiatives and drive behavior change & continuous improvement across the area of responsibility.
  • You will develop a proactive relationship with the E-mobility People Enablement team.
  • You ensure compliance with legislation, HR policies, and other compliance standards in all areas of responsibility.

Your background:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree with a minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in HR.
  • Comfortable using a broad range of recruiting strategies and techniques, including the use of digital and social media.
  • Experienced and strong knowledge of Swedish and Norwegian labor law.
  • Independently managing own work and ability to juggle multiple tasks at a given time. Setting priorities and indicating boundaries is essential in this.
  • Strong influencing and convincing skills with an exceptional customer service attitude. We love a bold and proactive mindset.
  • Because of your decisiveness and effective communication, you land proposals well in our organization.
  • You enjoy change management and like to be part of a company's transformation.
