Intility er en komplett plattformtjeneste for multicloud IT-miljøer. Vi består av mer enn 600 medarbeidere med en snittalder på 28 år, som bidrar til å digitalisere morgendagens selskaper. Som prosjektleder i Intility vil du få jobbe tett på teknologi og bli en del av et tverrfaglig miljø der kunnskapsdeling står i fokus. Som prosjektleder i Intility vil du fungere som bindeledd mellom kunder og tekniske ressurser, og være Intilitys ansikt utad som representant for vår ledende teknologiplattform. Du vil ha helhetlig ansvar for prosjektenes fremdrift og ferdigstillelse, og arbeide med teknologiforbedring og transformasjon for flere av Norges fremste og største selskaper på tvers av ulike sektorer.

Rollen gir deg unik innsikt i kunders ønsker og behov, noe som gir deg gode forutsetninger for å bidra til å videreutvikle måten vi gjennomfører prosjekter på i Intility. Til eksempel har Intilitys prosjektledere hatt en ledende rolle i utviklingen av Intilitys eget verktøy for onboarding av kundemiljøer - tett integrert med Intilitys øvrige teknologiplattformer. Med over 100 utviklerkollegaer i ryggen er veien kort fra idé til produkt.

Vi ser etter deg som:

  • Har mastergrad innen eksempelvis økonomi, administrasjon, prosjektledelse eller ingeniørfag
  • Har 3-5 års arbeidserfaring, gjerne fra konsulent-, kompetansehus eller teknologibedrifter
  • Interesseres av skjæringspunktet mellom teknologi og business
  • Har gode kommunikasjonsevner på norsk og engelsk
  • Er analytisk og strukturert
  • Evner å håndtere mange baller i lufta
  • Hjelper kollegaene dine, ikke fordi du må, men fordi du har lyst
  • Er nysgjerrig og ønsker faglige utfordringer

I Intility jobber vi for at alle ansatte skal trives på jobb og med hverandre. Vi har ulike treningsgrupper som løpegruppe med profesjonell løpetrener, fotballag i bedriftsligaen, og eget treningssenter over veien med dusj og garderober for ansatte. Det arrangeres sosiale happenings gjennom hele året, som Afterworks, spillkvelder, julebord, og sommerfest. I tillegg kan du dra på fotballkamp på Intility Arena.

For at du skal være i flyt i hverdagen serveres det frokost, lunsj og ettermiddagsmat til alle ansatte fra vår egen kantine. I tillegg lager vi middag til alle som ønsker å ta det med hjem til seg og sin familie. Hos oss vil du få en ekstra ferieuke i året, som til sammen gir deg seks uker ferie. Mange av oss bruker ferien på en av våre firmahytter på Norefjell eller Kragerø, som er tilgjengelig for ansatte året rundt.
