The Position

Background

Roche is the world's largest biotech company with more than employees worldwide. Founded in 1896, Roche has a long history of pioneering pharmaceuticals and diagnostics. Roche is dedicated to providing solutions for serious diseases like cancer, neurological diseases, infectious diseases, and rare conditions. In Norway, we are approximately 130 people in our two divisions of Diagnostics and Pharmaceuticals. We believe that the health industry is a critical part of a sustainable healthcare ecosystem that is equipped to meet our future challenges. Our ambition is to be a thought leader within the health industry and act as a long-term partner for the Norwegian healthcare system. We take an active part in shaping the system policies and industry framework conditions to be able to realize the Roche vision of bringing increased benefits to more patients, faster.

The role

As our Healthcare System and Policy Partner, you are an empowered and self-managed leader who collaborates with policy makers, health system stakeholders, and patient organizations to drive health policy development to create a sustainable healthcare system for the future.

As responsible for the strategic planning and leading Roche's public policy engagement, you will focus on identifying, actively engaging in, and developing strategic activities related to relevant health policy processes. The role will be externally focused, building relationships and engaging directly with policy makers and system stakeholders.
