Stillingsbeskrivelse

Vår Legal & Compliance avdeling i Norge søker en dyktig jurist som ønsker å være med på å videreutvikle vår avdeling i Oslo. Som jurist i Alektum vil du få et stort ansvar når det gjelder juridisk rådgivning til selskapets ledelse og ansatte, samt kunne bistå vår inkassoavdeling med juridiske problemstillinger. Du vil få en sentral rolle i avdelingen og det forventes at du jobber selvstendig i et utviklende arbeidsmiljø og samtidig samarbeider med andre i organisasjonen.

Dine oppgaver vil hovedsakelig bestå av:

  • Juridisk rådgivning til selskapets ledelse og ansatte
  • Juridisk bistand i fellesprosjekter med morselskap Alektum Group AB
  • Overvåking, tolkning og praktisering av regulatorisk rammeverk
  • Utarbeidelse av kontrakter og bistand i større kontraktsarbeid og anbudsprosesser
  • Bistå dialog med klageorganer og tilsynsmyndigheter
  • Bistå i arbeidet med å påse at selskapet følger det til enhver tid gjeldende lovverk, retningslinjer og interne styrende dokumenter, samt at selskapet har en tilfredsstillende risikostyring
  • Oppfølging og bistand i selskapets risikoarbeid
  • Opplæring og kurs av ansatte innenfor ditt felt
  • Intern, konsernintern og ekstern rapportering

Din profil

Vi søker deg som har flere års relevant arbeidserfaring fra inkassoinnfordring og compliance arbeid. Vi ønsker en jurist som er både selvstendig og trygg på sin rolle i et team. Av personlige egenskaper håper vi du har god formidlingsevne, er lærevillig, og er en ressurs og god samarbeidspartner for teamet og på tvers av avdelinger. Du har evne til å tenke nytt og se forbedringsmuligheter. Ditt arbeid er strukturert og du kan identifisere deg med våre Key Behaviours – personlig ansvar, samarbeid, kundefokus og enkelthet.

Det er en forutsetning at du har god fremstillingsevne på norsk og engelsk, både muntlig og skriftlig.
