Our Mechanical Assurance team is dedicated to delivering reliable, high-quality products through close collaboration with Supply Chain and manufacturers, driving continuous improvement and ensuring successful new product introductions. We proactively address development and production challenges to maintain smooth operations and product excellence. As a Senior Mechanical Engineer in this domain, you will play a crucial role in guaranteeing that both new and existing products meet the highest standards. You will define test specifications, establish product requirements, and lead problem-solving initiatives to resolve mechanical issues.

Your responsibilities may include:
  • Develop and implement test specifications and plans to ensure product durability, reliability, and quality.
  • Optimize design by participating in the product development and sharing learnings from validation testing.
  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve mechanical and production issues.
  • Conduct Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (D-FMEA) to proactively manage risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on supplier qualification and product lifecycle management.
We are looking for the following experience:
  • Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with mechanical testing, design, material selection, and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in root cause analysis (RCA) and Design Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (D-FMEA).
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with experience managing supplier relationships.
