Du blir et viktig bindeledd mellom salg og de som leverer prosjektene. Jobben din er å lage detaljerte tegninger og design for ulike prosjekter. Du får utkast og design fra salgsteamet, som du bygger videre på.

Du vil også samarbeide med leverandører for å sikre at tegningene er riktige og oppdaterte hele veien. I tillegg jobber du tett sammen med prosjektledere, montasjeleder og designerne på salg for å sørge for at prosjektene går som de skal.

Ansvarsområder:

  • Lage detaljerte tegninger og sette dem sammen til et komplett layout.
  • Lage 3D-tegninger for AutoStore-systemer og stålkonstruksjoner.
  • Lage standard tegninger for el- og nettverk, samt tegninger for referansepunkter og kledning, med lister over deler og materialer.
  • Jobbe sammen med leverandører for å få på plass riktige layouter og sjekke at alt passer sammen uten kollisjoner.
  • Legge inn transportbånd i layouten.
  • Hjelpe prosjektleder med å kontakte leverandører.
  • Finne aktuelle leverandører, lage materiallister og sende forespørsel (RFQ).
  • Sjekke at tilbudene passer med de tekniske kravene.
  • Gi prosjektleder og teamet ditt oppdateringer på status og fremdrift.

Kvalifikasjoner:
  • Bachelorgrad i ingeniørfag, eller erfaring som tilsvarer dette.
  • Det er fint om du har jobbet noen år med tekniske oppgaver, for eksempel innen lager løsninger, maskiner eller bygg, men det er ikke et krav.
  • Du har god teknisk forståelse, spesielt innen mekanikk og automatisering.
  • Det er en bonus om du har noe bakgrunn innen elektro.
  • Du har erfaring med tegneprogrammer som AutoCAD og Inventor 3D, og kjenner til MS Office (Word, Excel osv.).
  • Det er en fordel om du også har brukt BIM-programmer, men det er ikke et must.
  • Du er god til å kommunisere og tenker kritisk når du jobber.
  • Du kan både skrive og snakke godt på engelsk.

Vi ser etter deg som liker å ha kontroll og jobber nøye med detaljene, samtidig som du er fleksibel og kan snu deg raskt når ting endrer seg.

Du har god arbeidsmoral og liker å ta initiativ. Du trives med å jobbe i prosjekter og er ikke redd for å komme med forslag til forbedringer, både i tegninger og arbeidsmåter.

Det er viktig at du er strukturert og klarer å holde oversikt over flere oppgaver samtidig. Du liker å samarbeide med andre, deler gjerne kunnskap og gir konstruktive tilbakemeldinger.

Du har en positiv innstilling, lærer fort og ser muligheter i endringer. Vi ser etter deg som er kreativ, løsnings orientert og som tør å utfordre hvordan ting gjøres for å finne smartere løsninger.
