Vi er leverandøruavhengige og bygger for det meste modeller selv i Python som vi operasjonaliserer i skymiljøer.

Hva går jobben ut på?

Som Data Scientist er jobben din å levere innsikt fra data inn mot konkrete prosesser og beslutninger for å skape verdi for kunden. Du vil bygge ulike typer modeller ved hjelp av maskinlæring, statistiske metoder og matematisk optimering. Vi jobber eksperimentdrevet, så du vil designe eksperimenter for å måle kvaliteten til modellene og for å måle modellens evne til å hente ut forretningsverdi. En viktig del av jobben er også å kommunisere innsikt fra analyser og modellresultater. Vi utvikler modeller som effektivt kan operasjonaliseres og forvaltes med gode MLOps-prinsipper, og i samarbeid med våre data engineers vil du også fylle deler av ML Engineer-rollen. De fleste av våre Data Science-prosjekter gjennomføres på skyteknologi, som for det meste betyr GCP, AWS eller Azure. Oppsummert vil du bidra med å:

  • Levere innsikt gjennom bruk av maskinlæringsmodeller, statiske analyser og optimeringsmetoder
  • Designe gode eksperimenter og sikre at de gjennomføres riktig, analysere resultatet og kommunisere dette
  • Identifisere og kommunisere innsikt fra data
  • Fasilitere prosessen fra forretningsmål til innsiktsbehov
  • Bygge dataprodukter
  • Hjelpe spennende selskaper med å bygge opp analysemiljøer

Hvem ser vi etter?

Vi ser etter deg som har solid erfaring som konsulent og oppfyller flere av følgende punkter:

  • Evnen til å hente innsikt fra data ved bruk av maskinlæring og statistikk
  • Flytende Python og SQL
  • Hands-on databaseerfaring, helst med moderne teknologier som BigQuery, Snowflake, Synapse og Redshift
  • Komfortabel med å bygge løsninger i Cloud på AWS, GCP eller Azure
  • Erfaring med utvikling, beste praksis og standard verktøy dette medfører (CLI, Docker, git, etc.)
  • Erfaring med å visualisere data (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, dash, plotly, etc.)
  • Evnen til å bygge operasjonaliserte produkter som kan levere verdi over tid (DevOps, DataOps, MLOps)

I utgangspunktet krever vi at du snakker og skriver flytende norsk. Personlig egnethet vil bli vektlagt.
