Ansvar og arbeidsoppgaver:

Som Lead Project Manager i Public 360˚ får du en unik mulighet til å lede komplekse produktimplementerings- og oppgraderingsprosjekter. Du vil samarbeide med et dynamisk tverrfaglig team bestående av konsulenter, teknikere og utviklere, og ha ansvar for en portefølje av spennende kundeprosjekter. Din rolle vil være sentral i å bygge sterke og langvarige kunderelasjoner samtidig som du leverer prosjekter og programmer av høy kvalitet.

Vi søker en person som er lidenskapelig opptatt av verdiøkende salg og kundesuksess. Du vil arbeide tett med vårt engasjerte salgs- og supportteam for å bidra til vellykkede anbudsprosesser og utvikle prosjekter som kontinuerlig skaper verdi for våre kunder. Minimumskrav:

  1. Minimum 5 års erfaring med ledelse av komplekse IT-løsnings- eller produktleveranseprogrammer med multinasjonale team og økonomisk ansvar.
  2. Kommersiell tankegang med fokus på kundetilfredshet gjennom kontinuerlig dialog og oppfyllelse av forventninger.
  3. Solid økonomisk forståelse.
  4. Erfaring med kontraktsutforming og forhandlinger, prosjektleveranser og utvikling av kunderelasjoner i en konsulentrolle innen IT-sektoren. Kjennskap til offentlige standardiserte avtaler (SSA) er ønskelig.
  5. Formell kompetanse i ledelse, med sterke og dokumenterte leder- og konsulentferdigheter.
  6. Evne til å veilede og påvirke prosjektmedlemmer, interessenter og andre prosjekt- og programledere.
  7. Resultatorientert, proaktiv og utholdende, og setter sin ære i å overholde tidsfrister.
  8. Strukturert, analytisk og systematisk. Evne til å følge avtalte prosesser og prosedyrer.
  9. Evne til å forstå kunder, deres forretningsutfordringer og bygge relasjoner.
