About the role

As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead the implementation of Lifecare for municipalities in Norway. The Delivery Manager is the bridge between the selling and delivering teams. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of our solutions, accountable for full stack deliveries from the delivering unit. The main task is to ensure contract fulfillment to our customers, being accountable for fulfilling the Scope, Cost, Quality, and Schedule of deliveries. You will be part of a dedicated team of professionals within Project Management and Consulting, working closely with municipalities to improve efficiency, support daily operations, and enhance citizen services. In this role, you will

  • Manage the implementation and delivery of Lifecare to Norwegian municipalities.
  • Work closely with customers to plan and coordinate projects, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of the system.
  • Lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions to support municipalities in optimizing their workflows.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, helping customers improve their processes and maximize the value of Lifecare.
  • Provide input and insights to our development teams based on customer needs.
  • Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations affecting municipal social care in Norway.
  • As a delivery responsible, you will need to participate in the procurement process together with the Sales/bid teams.
  • Manage complex and demanding deliveries and achieve delivery targets.
  • For complex deliveries, you may be responsible for leading other project manager(s) and team.
  • Act as an escalation point for external and internal stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who has

  • Experience in project management, preferably within IT solutions, health & care, or the public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of Norwegian municipal welfare services.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to train and guide users.
  • Structured and proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
