About the Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Direct Sales Operations Manager to join our team in Norway. As a key member of our direct sales operations, you will be responsible for leading vendor teams, managing outsourced operations, and ensuring high-quality performance.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and developing strong relationships with vendors. A strong leader who can inspire and motivate teams, this role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead vendor teams to achieve set targets
- Manage outsourced operations to ensure high-quality performance
- Set sales budgets and manage competition budgets
- Lead contract negotiations and build strong vendor relationships
- Maintain control over sales quality and performance
