About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our direct sales operations in Norway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring high-quality performance.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and developing strong relationships with vendors. A strong leader who can inspire and motivate teams, this role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth and manage vendor relationships to achieve set targets
- Develop and manage sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Ensure high-quality performance through effective management of outsourced operations
- Manage budget and competition budgets to ensure optimal results
- Lead contract negotiations and build strong vendor relationships
- Maintain control over sales quality and performance
