The role involves up to four days of travel per week, and access to a car is required.
Who You Are:
You are a results-driven leader with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Your experience managing outsourced operations and vendor relationships, combined with your strategic approach, will be key to your success in this role. You excel at setting and achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and ensuring high-quality performance. Strong communication skills enable you to build effective, collaborative relationships with both your team and vendors.
Requirements for the Role:
- Ability to travel up to four days per week
- Access to a car (required) and valid driving licence
- Proven experience managing vendor relationships and outsourced operations
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams
- Experience in setting and managing sales budgets and targets
- Skilled in contract negotiations
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to track and analyze performance metrics to drive results
- Fluency in a Scandinavian language
- Proficiency in English, as it is our official language
What Will You Do?
- Ensure vendor delivery towards set targets
- Steer outsourced operations and manage regret vendors
- Achieve budget targets and manage competition budgets
- Lead contract negotiations and build strong vendor relationships
- Maintain control over sales quality and performance
- Provide strategic insights for decision-making and negotiations
- Foster open communication with both internal teams and vendors
