Welcoming you to the team

The Project Planner department is diverse and multicultural, with 20 members located mainly in Oslo, divided into 5 portfolios/teams. The team supports projects ranging from small and simple to large and complex turn-key projects. You will be based in Oslo and report to the Project Planning Manager, overseeing a team of planners.

To succeed in Project Planning, you should have experience with project management and detailed planning from the energy industry. You will have experience in identifying, analyzing, and following up on schedule risks and opportunities. Previous work in project-driven companies is essential, with experience in interconnectors, wind farms, or power from shore being ideal. You will ensure quality and safety during the projects and possess a structured, analytical mindset.

How you make an impact

In the Project Planning department, you will lead and coordinate all activities related to schedule and detail planning under the direction of the Project Planning Manager. Your responsibilities will include mentoring planners, ensuring the quality of schedules, and assisting the Project Director/Manager in resolving schedule-related challenges. You will support the project and technical management team in planning activities governed by the Contract, internal procedures, and the Project Model. Establishing the baseline schedule based on the Document Register, Procurement Plan, and Manufacturing and Installation schedules will be part of your role. You will proactively identify, analyze, and follow up on schedule risks and opportunities, while also understanding client and stakeholder obligations. Additionally, you will lead initiatives and contribute to technical improvements relevant to our department, promoting Quality and HSE.

Your starting point when you join
