As our Technical Program/Project Manager your main responsibility will be to lead cross cutting, cross functional projects and programs at reMarkable. You will be part of building our best in class IT solutions from the ground up, enabling business transformation. The projects you will be leading can range from strategic assessments of vendor and technology selections to implementations of both greenfield and brownfield software, depending on your experience and preference.

Main areas of responsibility
  • Manage stakeholders to assemble project teams, assign responsibilities, identify appropriate resources needed and develop schedules to ensure timely completion of projects by meeting project milestones
  • Be part of building and maturing our project management processes
  • Collaborate with product teams to deliver the best product with the most efficient use of resources and technologies
  • Assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, make tradeoffs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints and encourage risk taking behavior to maximize business benefit
  • Prepare and present material on recommend strategy and improvements to relevant stakeholders
Who are you:
  • Significant experience working with strategy and program delivery with focus on alignment across cross-functional teams and collaboratives
  • A bachelor's degree within relevant fields
  • Experience with Agile or other traditional project management methodologies
  • Previously managed a team of mid-size in a project environment
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, with an emphasis on careful listening
  • Used to communicating directly with senior management on status, risks, financials, and required mitigations to maintain project commitments
  • Ability to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities

It's a plus if you have experience with or are open to learning:

  • Google Project Management Certificate, PMP, Prince2, Agile project management certification or similar
  • Experience with work/project management tools like Jira
  • Experience with SAP S4/HANA, O9, Salesforce and/or other commercial off the shelf software a plus
