Technical Project Manager

As our Technical Project Manager, you will be a key person in driving the implementation of our cutting-edge solutions within our Product & Tech landscape. You will be providing technical management and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This is a crucial role for Spenn where you will work with an ambitious and energetic team while we build the future of loyalty programmes

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead complex IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth execution, planning, and resource management.
  2. You will be responsible for understanding the impact of the different decisions the organisation makes and ensuring alignment between Product & Tech and the rest of the organisation.
  3. Act as the bridge between partners and development teams, ensuring alignment and seamless collaboration. Strengthen the relationships we have with both existing and new partners.
  4. Adapt to changes and challenges while maintaining a strong focus on quality and delivery.
  5. Participate in strategic discussions to drive innovation and expand service offerings.

Required experience and qualifications:

  1. Experience in IT/software project management, preferably combined with product management or business development.
  2. Ability to understand our partners' needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools).
  4. Experience leading cross-functional teams.

  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively engage diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and executive leadership.

  5. Good communication skills in English and a Scandinavian language.

Hiring process:

Ideally, we are looking for someone to join as soon as possible, however, finding the right mix of dedicated employees for the company is at the core of all decisions in the hiring process. You can expect a three-step process including an introductory call with Nina, followed by a 1st interview with Andreas to get to know each other mutually. If we move forward from here, you will experience a 2nd interview where you get to show us who you are through a personality test with Camilla, and your technical expertise through a structured interview with discussions and problem-solving with Kristian.
