Job Overview:

The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for driving the implementation of our cutting-edge solutions within our Product & Tech landscape. This role requires strong technical management skills and the ability to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring smooth execution, planning, and resource management.
  • Understand the impact of organizational decisions and ensure alignment between Product & Tech and the rest of the organization.
  • Collaborate with partners and development teams to ensure alignment and seamless collaboration.
  • Adapt to changes and challenges while maintaining a strong focus on quality and delivery.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions to drive innovation and expand service offerings.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT/software project management, preferably combined with product management or business development.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools).
  • Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
