Welcoming you to the team

  • Standardize risk management processes, focusing on non-standard work risks, task assessments, and safety frameworks.
  • Conduct deep-dive root cause analyses (RCA) for significant incidents and implement lessons learned into standardized actions.
  • Monitor and improve key safety metrics, ensuring alignment with Nexans' Zero Harm objectives.
  • Champion safety culture advancement through training, coaching, and engaging employees at all levels.

  • Proven track record in leading safety culture advancements and implementing Lean methodologies.
  • Fluent in English; Norwegian or French proficiency is a plus.
