Om rollen

I rollen som IFS Business Consultant innen Service & Asset kommer du til å jobbe med å forbedre og effektivisere kunders service- og vedlikeholdsprosesser med støtte fra IFS Applications og/eller IFS Cloud. Du jobber sammen med dine kollegaer i et eller flere kundeprosjekter som er rettet mot alt fra implementering, oppgradering, utrulling til nye land og selskaper samt forbedringsprosjekter.

Sammen med kunden skaper du en forståelse for deres virksomhet og fremtidige behov. Ut ifra din kunnskap og erfaring innen det forretningskritiske området vil du konsultere, utfordre og komme med løsningsforslag til hvordan kunden på best mulig måte kan benytte seg av IFS service- og vedlikeholdsløsning. Kundens ønsker og krav, sammen med dine anbefalinger og kunnskaper, oversettes deretter til effektive forretningssystemløsninger.

Hva har du gjort tidligere? Vi tror at du kan ha erfaring fra ulike områder. Kanskje har du en bakgrunn som...

  • IFS-konsulent innen løsningsområdet Service & Asset, men du kan like gjerne ha hatt en tilsvarende rolle i arbeid med et annet system, som Maximo, SAP, MS Dynamics 365, Pyramid eller M3.
  • Erfaren systembruker fra kundesiden innen IFS Service & Vedlikeholdsløsning, med en tittel som superbruker, prosesseier, systemeier eller liknende.
  • Eller så er du svært kunnskapsrik innenfor området service/vedlikehold. Kanskje har du en rolle som servicekoordinator, vedlikeholdsplanlegger, service-/vedlikeholdstekniker, felttekniker eller lignende, med god erfaring og interesse for systemløsninger i jobben. Du er rett og slett en ekspert på hva kundene våre gjør, og forstår hvordan et forretningssystem kan støtte dem i hverdagen.
