Sensio er markedsledende innen velferdsteknologi i Norden og løser dagens og morgendagens utfordringer til det beste for både beboere, pasienter, helsepersonell og samfunnet. Vi søker en erfaren tjenestedesigner som kan se helheten og forstå viktigheten av å skape en sømløs brukeropplevelse på tvers av kontaktpunkter og interaksjoner. Du vil spille en kritisk rolle i å sikre at våre løsninger er basert på kundenes behov, og skaper reell verdi i et økende internasjonalt marked. Du vil være med i alle faser av produktutviklingen og vil jobbe med fysisk produktdesign, digital brukeropplevelse og visuelt design.
Sensio jobber etter moderne produktutviklingsprinsipper med kontinuerlig "product discovery" og "product delivery" i tverrfaglige produktteam. Vi ønsker at du som designer er en sterk kulturbærer for en designsentrisk tilnærming til måten vi jobber med produktutvikling og er en driver for videre utvikling av produktutviklingskulturen i Sensio. Du har en helhetlig tilnærming til UX-design og motiveres av å gjøre verden til et bedre sted for eldre, pasienter, pårørende og helsearbeidere. Din lidenskap for å lage gode brukeropplevelser, kombinert med din tekniske ekspertise og forretningsforståelse, vil være avgjørende for vår suksess.
Stillingen rapporterer til Head of Design og vil arbeide i ett eller flere av Sensios kryssfunksjonelle produktteam. Du vil være en del av et fagmiljø med tjenestedesignere og UX-designere. Stillingen har Sensios hovedkontor i Oslo sentrum samt kontor i Sandvika som arbeidssted.
Som Designer i Sensio vil duinngå i RoomMate-produktteamet. RoomMate er en revolusjonerende sikkerhetssensor som oppdager og reduserer fall ved hjelp av avanserte algoritmer - og er Sensios flaggskipprodukt.. RoomMate vil utvikle seg til en familie av edge-AI-sensorer med ulike pris- og ytelseskarakteristikker. Teamet har i oppgave å finne de mest effektive tilnærmingene til digitalt tilsyn, og står fritt til å utforske forskjellige sensorteknologier som radar og computer vision, i tillegg til dagens time-of-flight-løsninger.
Som Service Designer i RoomMate-teamet vil du jobbe tett med Product Manager og Dev Manager. Sammen er dere ansvarlige for å sørge for at vi leverer innsiktsbaserte løsninger som sikrer at RoomMate forblir en verdensledende løsning.
Ansvarsområder og arbeidsoppgaver
- Produktets suksess. Samarbeid med produktsjef for å sikre at produkter og funksjonalitet gir verdi til både kunder og Sensio.
- Innsiktsarbeid. Kvalitativ og kvantitativ innhenting av informasjon gjennom dialog med kunder.
- Samhandling og prototyping. Etablere tett samhandling med produktsjef og utviklere for å bygge løsninger som fungerer i form av f.eks. prototyper, story maps, brukerhistorier, funksjonell spesifikasjon.
- Brukertesting.
- Interaksjon- og visuelt design. Sikre at funksjonalitet er brukervennlig og i tråd med Sensios design-guidelines.
- One Sensio. Samarbeide med Sensios produktteam og UX-designere for å sikre en helhetlig brukeropplevelse på tvers
Vi tror du har
- Minst 5 års erfaring som tjeneste- eller produktdesigner.
- Sterk evne til og interesse for å uttrykke deg visuelt.
- God forståelse for moderne produktutviklingsmetodikk.
- Faglig nysgjerrighet og ønske om personlig og profesjonell læring og utvikling.
- Gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter på et skandinavisk språk og engelsk.
