Main Responsibilities: As a QHSSE Coordinator, you will ensure the highest standards of quality, health, safety, security, and environmental compliance by managing supplier evaluations, championing the open reporting system, leading internal projects, and coordinating ISO audits to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct pre-qualification assessments for suppliers
  • Perform evaluations and follow-ups to ensure compliance with standards
  • Manage and update the supplier register
  • Conduct audits of suppliers to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Follow up procurement quality
  • Act as the champion for the Open Reporting System.
  • Oversee internal audits, Lessons Learned (LLs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and HSSE incidents (databases)
  • Analyze data and generate reports.
  • Follow up on findings and implementation
  • Identify and implement improvements to the ORS.
  • Lead internal QHSSE projects aimed at improving processes.
  • Develop and execute campaigns to enhance QHSSE awareness.
  • Improve communication and visibility of QHSSE initiatives.
  • Coordinate ISO audits and ensure readiness, and follow up of findings
  • Facilitate management reviews and ensure follow-up on action items.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience: 3-5 years in QHSSE Management
  • Language: Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Good communication abilities
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in QHSSE software and reporting tools
