About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled QHSSE Coordinator to join our global team working towards our vision – Improving our Future. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, health, safety, security, and environmental compliance across our operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-qualification assessments for suppliers
  • Perform evaluations and follow-ups to ensure compliance with standards
  • Manage and update the supplier register
  • Conduct audits of suppliers to ensure ongoing compliance
  • Follow up procurement quality
  • Act as the champion for the Open Reporting System.
  • Oversee internal audits, Lessons Learned (LLs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and HSSE incidents (databases)
  • Analyze data and generate reports.
  • Follow up on findings and implementation
  • Identify and implement improvements to the ORS.
  • Lead internal QHSSE projects aimed at improving processes.
  • Develop and execute campaigns to enhance QHSSE awareness.
  • Improve communication and visibility of QHSSE initiatives.
  • Coordinate ISO audits and ensure readiness, and follow up of findings
  • Facilitate management reviews and ensure follow-up on action items.
