About the Job:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team that provides a high-quality service for our customers in the well construction and production industry.

The Field Specialist – Cementing will play a key role in being the on-site, first point of contact for our wellsite cementing activities and will oversee the training and development of their team to deliver a first-class service.

Key responsibilities include managing and preparing the cementing service team, providing guidance to customers and teams on-site, supervising crew, ensuring operational readiness and maintenance of cementing unit and casing accessories equipment, mentoring the training and development of the team, and providing records of products consumed to customer representatives.

The ideal candidate will also be responsible for leading by example, fostering a culture of innovation, and promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
