We are currently seeking a full-time Store Manager to oversee our operations. In this capacity, you will have a substantial impact on the operational dynamics of your location. Key Responsibilities

  • Continuously enhance store operations in collaboration with the Operations Team, focusing on efficient delivery and seamless operations.
  • Engage in regular internal and external meetings to align on objectives.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure optimal product selection and availability.
  • Monitor inventory levels and minimize waste.
  • Manage staff scheduling and oversee incoming inventory.
  • Ensure all necessary resources are available for the store's growth, from supplies to equipment.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide others.
  • Previous experience in grocery retail is advantageous.
  • Quick learner with strong multitasking abilities.
  • Proactive and customer-focused mindset.
