Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our DNV Business Assurance Regional Communication team in Norway.

About the Role

As a Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing and communication strategies aligned with our overall business goals at a local level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing and communication strategies to engage and convert target audiences.
  • Create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
  • Manage the local content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and drive growth.
  • Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and manage social media interactions.
  • Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings.
  • Develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of SEO and SEM efforts.
  • Drive lead generation by setting up, implementing, and analyzing local digital GTM campaigns.
  • Localize global and regional campaigns and programs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using different tools.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop targeted digital marketing activities for specific market segments.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies as needed to execute digital campaigns.
  • Manage the local communication budget and reporting for digital marketing campaign activities.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Marketing, plus a master's degree in digital marketing or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Norwegian and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for web, digital, and social media marketing methods and techniques.
  • Creative thinker with strong storytelling skills and an eye for design.
  • Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to create and adapt content for different channels.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
