Job Title: Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing and Communications Specialist to join our team at DNV Germany Holding GmbH. As a key member of our Business Assurance area, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing and communication strategies that drive business growth and enhance our brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement digital marketing and communication strategies aligned with our overall business goals.
  • Content Creation and Management: Create compelling and engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
  • Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • SEO and SEM: Optimize website content for search engines to improve organic search rankings and develop and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic to our website.
  • Email Marketing: Drive lead generation by setting up, implementing, and analyzing local digital GTM campaigns, leveraging main channels such as email marketing campaigns, digital events, and co-branded activities and webinars.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using different tools according to plans and metrics/KPIs.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Degree: Relevant degree in Marketing, plus a master's degree in digital marketing or a related field.
  • Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Norwegian and English, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, Content Management Systems, and email marketing software.
