Requirements

  • Higher relevant education at university level and minimum 5 years' work experience.
  • Work experience from consulting, similar roles in global industrial/energy companies, or from digitalization work in banking/insurance from the trading, risk, and finance area.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in bridging IT solutions and business needs, collaborating effectively with both technical teams and end-users.
  • Skilled process driver with the ability to plan and structure work across diverse teams for high-quality outcomes.
  • Interest and understanding for the opportunities enabled by digitalization trends and technologies.
  • Continuous improvement mindset with experience in optimizing product deliveries.
  • Proven ability to initiate and drive projects, demonstrating strong corporate navigation skills.
