About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Manager to lead the development of our marketing automation solution. As a key member of our team, you will shape the future of our marketing product portfolio, enabling businesses to automate their marketing efforts, enhance customer engagement, and achieve measurable results.

Your Responsibilities
  • Drive the strategic direction of our digital marketing offering, understanding and documenting market needs, capturing all perspectives, and underlying requirements.
  • Analyse customer feedback to identify trends and directions, facilitating stakeholder meetings across markets and categorising outcomes into actionable initiatives.
  • Develop business cases for key initiatives, initiating pricing and packaging initiatives, and driving the development of the marketing product portfolio roadmap.
  • Take products to market, clearly communicating the what, why, and how of our product offerings to the go-to-market teams when launching new features, modules, or updates.
  • Develop compelling value-based narratives that articulate our product intentions and customer value and benefits, owning and executing product launch plans, ensuring market readiness.
  • Collaborate on the creation of product documentation, ensuring clarity and alignment across the organization, and being a product evangelist, driving enthusiasm and knowledge of our solutions in the market.
Your Qualifications
  • A master's or bachelor's degree within digital marketing.
  • At least 3 years of extensive experience working with marketing automation platforms.
  • Passion for and deep understanding of digital marketing and marketing technologies.
  • The ability to present key content with passion and engagement to various audiences.
  • Strong skills in communicating and collaborating with various stakeholders and teams.
  • A structured and methodical approach to managing a product portfolio.
  • Fluency in either Norwegian or Swedish and excellent English skills.
