About the Role

Opera Software is seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join its team in Oslo, Barcelona, or Stockholm. As a key member of our mobile performance marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving user growth globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage user acquisition campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Apple Search Ads, Facebook, and TikTok Ads.
  • Analyze and report campaign performance regularly, optimizing towards performance KPIs.
  • Ideate new concepts and run AB tests to identify opportunities for scaling user growth through online channels.
  • Develop high-quality ad content tailored to each market and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor and manage ad spend to ensure efficient allocation within set budgets.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all creative assets are up-to-date and refreshed regularly.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams for coordinated campaigns and promoting feature updates.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Performance marketing or quantitative marketing roles.
  • Experience with Advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and measurement & analytical tools (such as Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Looker).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, branding, and copywriting.
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop out-of-the-box ad concepts that drive results.
  • A good understanding of international markets - Exhibit a high degree of creativity to support the ideation of marketing campaigns that appeal to users in various countries.
  • Ability to work with spreadsheets/numbers to analyze ad performance, identify trends, and create well-structured reports.
  • Fuency in English is a must (able to write and speak fluently and idiomatically).
