Real Estate Food Program Supervisor

At TN Norway, we're committed to delivering exceptional food service programs to our clients. As a Food Service Operations Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our food services program.
Role OverviewThis position involves overseeing all aspects of our food services program, from micro markets to conference centers, hospitality, catering, office, coffee and beverage service as well as vending.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our program is delivered effectively, meeting and exceeding client expectations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee Food Service operations at assigned locations and activities, including Third Party Service contractors.
- Manage catering and hospitality needs for designated client businesses and events located within select workplaces.
- Partner with vendors to plan, design, and implement comprehensive culinary-based nutrition and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with JLL and client Health, Safety, Environment, and Risk Management policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum five to ten years progressive experience in foodservice/hospitality management.
- Proficient communication skills in both English.
- Ability to work with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Strong vendor management experience.
