Vi søker en dyktig teamleder til vår resepsjonsavdeling i Radisson Hotel Group. Som leder vil du være ansvarlig for å sikre at våre gjester har et fantastisk opphold hos oss.

Om arbeidet:

  • Ved å fungere som fungerende skiftleder vil du ha ansvar for personalet på vakt.
  • Du vil være ansvarlig for opplæring og utvikling av resepsjonistene, slik at de kan yte sin beste innsats hver dag.
  • Tilleggsarbeid, slik som administrativt arbeid, må også foretas.
  • Stillingen medfører et tett samarbeid med andre avdelinger for å ivareta hotellet hele året rundt.
  • Du skal ha erfaring innenfor teamledelse og være proaktiv og fleksibel i din serviceinnstilling.
