We are looking for a highly skilled Project Planner to join our team at Head Energy AS. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects.

About the Role

The Project Planner will provide planning support and time management deliveries to ensure consistent control and reporting in accordance with governing documents, best practice, project planning assumptions, and any dispensations.

You will be proactive in schedule analysis, providing management with schedule consequences related to delays, productivity, changes, etc., and propose mitigating and corrective actions to ensure timely project development.

  1. Perform benchmarking and use of experience figures as required.
  2. Establish and maintain all schedules in cooperation with all disciplines.
  3. Ensure focus on schedule interfaces and perform schedule risk analysis (SRA) (SAFRAN RISK) or schedule risk assessments when required.
  4. Secure relevant input from project control for Contract Appendixes for ITT's in line with the project control requirements.
  5. Participate in evaluation of contracts.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 5-10 years' experience from planning tasks, early phase, and execution. You should also possess a commercial mind-set, be proactive, analytical, solution-oriented, self-driven, organized, structured, hands-on, collaborative, and have excellent communication skills.

We require proficiency in Project SAFRAN RISK and knowledge of English and Norwegian languages.
