About the Role

The Senior Account Based Marketing Manager is a key position in the growth strategy of Rystad Energy.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute Account Based Marketing plans that drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have experience in regional marketing, audience marketing, field marketing, or product marketing, with a focus on Account Based Marketing.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute ABM Strategies: Develop, plan, and execute on initiatives and activities through an Account Based Marketing strategy to support a select number of global priority accounts.
  2. Align Commercial Goals: Work closely with a dedicated global account team to align and understand the commercial goals and priorities for their portfolio of accounts.
  3. Measure and Analyze ABM Performance: Routinely measure and analyze ABM performance to inform future activities and identify areas to scale efforts to the wider marketing team.
  4. Collaborate with Customer Success Experts: Collaborate with customer success experts to utilize customer feedback and incorporate it into activities to inform future decisions.
  5. Effective Stakeholder Management: Effective stakeholder management to ensure alignment and agreement across the account team, including providing regular performance updates.
  6. Manage Dedicated ABM Budget: Manage a dedicated ABM budget to deliver on defined ROI.
  7. Meet Business Objectives: Ensure defined business objectives are being met throughout the calendar year.
  8. Stay Up-to-Date with Energy Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with energy market trends and how changes can impact your account's portfolios and how these changes can be incorporated into current marketing activities.
  9. Identify Opportunities for Engagement: Identify opportunities to engage with the target audience and work with the Event Manager to ensure Rystad Energy's presence at all applicable external events.
